At Xiaolizi™, we want you to love your handmade piece. If you’re not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days (domestic & international).
💵 Refunds
- Contact us at contact@shopxiaolizi.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Send items back with your invoice number included.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains/odours/animal hair, undamaged, and with original labels attached.
- Please ship with a tracking number.
- Refunds are issued within 24 hours after we receive your return.
Shipping Fee Policy:
• If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong size, change of mind), customer pays return shipping.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.

Love it but need a different size, color, or style? No problem!
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
