Contact us at contact@shopxiaolizi.com within 30 days of delivery.
Send items back with your invoice number included.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains/odours/animal hair, undamaged, and with original labels attached.
Please ship with a tracking number.
Refunds are issued within 24 hours after we receive your return.
